Picnic at the Park

So our event today sort of got trumpted by rain. Smile Myself and my son were there as well as Danielle and her family. Despite the rain it was still fun to sit under the pavillion and chat. I got to meet Danielle's husband who wasn't at her son's birthday party which was nice. He is a very nice guy. Leland and Erik got to run around the park a little before it rained and we went under the pavillion to eat. Fun was had even though the rain spoiled fun we could have had. I think we need to try and do this again!! Hopefully it will not rain next time!! Also we need to make sure we can get a pavillion that has the picnic tables under it..i do think the picnic the other group there was having stole the picnic tables that were under the pavillion we used.

oh no!!! there were no picnic tables.. not cool... some people have no home training!!!! lol

Under the pavillion we were in there was none..but there was another party going on there and i looked like they took the ones from underneath the pavillion we were using...so they would have extra...

I came to the picnic, but didn't know where our group was, having not met anyone yet. And then the rain came right when I got there. So we ate in the car and went back home Sad

I had the same problem!! we got there, but i hadn't met anyone yet so didn't recognize anyone-- we just ate and then it rained so we left!

We stayed until it really started raining and we were sure it wouldn't let up.
